The Committee on Rules moved to amend the resolution on page one, in the Resolved clause, line eighteen, by striking out the words “John B. Short” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army Air Corps Sergeant John B. Short”;

On page one, in the first Further Resolved clause, line twenty, by striking out the words “John B. Short” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army Air Corps Sergeant John B. Short”;

And,

By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

House Concurrent Resolution 4-- Requesting the Division of Highways name bridge number 23-10/7-0.01(23A048), locally known as the Gillman Bottom Bridge carrying CR 10/7 over Huff Creek in Logan County, West Virginia, the “U.S. Army Air Corps Sergeant John B. Short Memorial Bridge”.
